Weight Loss Hypnosis Script

Before I begin the hypnosis script for weight loss, I must stress that hypnosis is a complementary therapy and should never replace medical advice or a healthy diet and exercise program. This script is intended for those who have already taken the necessary steps to achieve their weight loss goals.

To begin, find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any interruptions. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly. Repeat this a few times until you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Now, I want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful and peaceful place. It could be a beach, a forest, a mountain, or any place that makes you feel calm and happy. Take a moment to visualize every detail of this place – the colours, the sounds, the smells, the textures, and the sensations.

As you relax in this peaceful place, you begin to feel a sense of deep relaxation spreading through your body. You feel calm, peaceful, and centred. You are ready to begin the journey of weight loss through hypnosis.

Now, I want you to imagine a beautiful garden in front of you. This garden represents your mind, and every plant, flower, and tree in the garden represents a different aspect of your thoughts and beliefs about food and weight loss.

As you walk through the garden, you notice that some plants are blooming and vibrant, while others are wilting and unhealthy. The healthy plants represent your positive thoughts and beliefs about food and weight loss, while the unhealthy plants represent your negative thoughts and beliefs.

You decide to focus on the healthy plants, and as you do, you begin to feel a sense of empowerment and confidence. You realize that you have the power to choose your thoughts and beliefs about food and weight loss, and you choose to focus on the positive.

Now, I want you to imagine a beautiful and healthy version of yourself standing in front of you. This version of yourself is confident, happy, and healthy. You can see yourself in this person, and you feel inspired to become this version of yourself.

As you look at this version of yourself, you notice that they are holding a mirror. You take the mirror from them, and as you look into it, you see yourself as you are now. You notice any areas of your body where you would like to lose weight.

Now, I want you to imagine a beam of white light shining down from above and entering your body through the top of your head. This light represents the power of your mind to transform your body.

As you feel the light spreading through your body, you feel a sense of warmth and comfort. You feel a deep sense of trust in your mind’s ability to help you lose weight.

Now, I want you to imagine yourself in a kitchen. This kitchen is filled with healthy and delicious foods, and you feel a sense of excitement and joy as you look at them. You realize that healthy food can be delicious and satisfying, and you feel inspired to try new recipes and explore new flavours.

Now, I want you to imagine a small voice in your head. This voice represents your inner critic, the part of you that doubts your ability to lose weight. As you listen to this voice, you realize that it is not helpful or supportive. It is only holding you back.

Now, I want you to imagine a big red stop sign in your mind. Every time you hear the voice of your inner critic, I want you to imagine this stop sign appearing in your mind. This stop sign reminds you to stop listening to your inner critic and focus on your positive thoughts and beliefs.

Now, I want you to imagine yourself exercising. This could be any form of exercise that you enjoy, such as walking, running, swimming, or yoga. As you exercise, you feel your body getting stronger and healthier. You feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that every step, every breath, and every movement is bringing you closer to your weight loss goals.

Now, I want you to imagine yourself sitting in a comfortable chair. In front of you is a plate of your favourite unhealthy food. It could be a piece of cake, a bag of chips, or a bowl of ice cream. As you look at this food, you feel a sense of temptation and desire.

Now, I want you to imagine a small white angel on one shoulder and a small red devil on the other shoulder. The white angel represents your positive thoughts and beliefs about food and weight loss, while the red devil represents your negative thoughts and beliefs.

Now, I want you to imagine the white angel whispering positive affirmations in your ear. They say things like “I choose to nourish my body with healthy food,” “I am in control of my choices,” and “I am strong and capable.”

Now, I want you to imagine the red devil whispering negative thoughts in your ear. They say things like “I can’t resist this temptation,” “I’m not strong enough to say no,” and “I’m a failure.”

Now, I want you to imagine the white angel growing bigger and brighter, while the red devil grows smaller and dimmer. Every time you hear the voice of the white angel, they grow bigger and brighter, while every time you hear the voice of the red devil, they grow smaller and dimmer.

Now, I want you to imagine yourself at your ideal weight. You are wearing your favourite outfit, and you feel confident, happy, and healthy. You look in the mirror, and you see yourself as you have always wanted to be.

As you look at yourself, you feel a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for your body. You realize that your body is an amazing and powerful instrument that can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Now, I want you to imagine a deep sense of relaxation spreading through your body. You feel calm, peaceful, and centred. You realize that you have the power to create the life you want, and you feel excited and inspired to begin your weight loss journey.

As you return to your waking state, you feel energized and motivated. You feel a deep sense of trust in your mind’s ability to help you lose weight, and you feel excited to begin making positive changes in your life.
